Experience:
Minimum 3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Fixed Asset Executive with hands-on experience in SAP, fixed asset accounting, CAPEX management, and asset capitalization activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Creation and maintenance of Internal Orders (IO) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in SAP.
• Handling settlement of Internal Orders to Assets Under Construction (AUC) in SAP.
• Managing asset capitalization and asset deletion activities in SAP.
• Conducting monthly depreciation reviews and monitoring.
• Performing fixed asset reconciliation with the General Ledger (GL).
• Reviewing CAPEX Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) against approved budgets.
• Ensuring accuracy of fixed asset records and compliance with accounting procedures. . Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Asset Accounting.
• Good understanding of CAPEX, AUC, Internal Orders, and WBS.
• Knowledge of depreciation, asset capitalization, and GL reconciliation.
• Solid analytical and reconciliation skills.
