Hyderabad, India Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
* Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
* Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
* Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
* Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
* Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.
* Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible.
* Present analytical findings and recommendations to management. Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of SQL (Joins, Subqueries, CTEs, Window Functions).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
* Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.
* Understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and visualization.
* Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) is an advantage.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
* Good communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Experience working with relational databases.
* Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
