The Role We're looking for a Collections Specialist who can balance compassion with consistency. You'll work directly with US customers to resolve past-due accounts through respectful communication, clear education, and versatile repayment solutions, always in full compliance with US regulations. You'll play a key role in both customer trust and company success.

What You'll Do
Manage a portfolio of past-due US credit card accounts and follow up with customers by phone, email, SMS, and written communication Engage customers with empathy and professionalism to understand their financial situation Offer and negotiate repayment options such as payment plans or settlements within company guidelines Clearly explain balances, fees, interest charges, and how account status may affect credit reporting Process payments securely and help customers set up recurring or automatic payments Maintain accurate,



thorough documentation of all customer interactions and agreements Handle escalated or sensitive accounts calmly and effectively Share trends, risks, or ideas for improving the collections experience Compliance Matters Here Conduct all collection activity in line with FDCPA, Reg F, TCPA, FCRA, UDAAP, and CFPB guidelines Safeguard sensitive customer information and maintain strict confidentiality Uphold Neu Money's standards. No aggressive, deceptive, or unfair practices. Ever. What We're Looking For Minimum 2-3 years of US collections experience (first-party or third-party) is a must Working knowledge of FDCPA, Reg F, and TCPA Excellent spoken and written English, comfortable handling US customers Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills Ability to lead difficult conversations with patience and empathy Hands-on experience with dialers, CRM, and collections software Organized, detail oriented, and committed to accurate documentation Open to feedback, continuous learning, and growth Credit card or FinTech collections experience is a plus Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred Work Location & Schedule Full time, based in Bangalore Onsite, with hybrid or remote options based on business requirements Night shift aligned to US hours: 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST (timings adjust with US daylight saving changes) Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays
