The role includes managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems, networks, and software applications. The candidate will be responsible for managing Windows and macOS systems, Microsoft 365, user accounts, IT equipment, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The role also involves managing Microsoft Azure services, maintaining IT documentation and SOPs, implementing cybersecurity practices, supporting IT audits, and ensuring compliance with information security standards such as ISO 27001.

Qualifications:
• Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Candidates must have at least 6 years of relevant experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or technical support.
• Candidates should have hands-on experience managing Windows and macOS operating systems.




• Candidates must have working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and user account management.
• Candidates should have experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based IT services.
• Candidates must have knowledge of network administration, hardware, software, and system troubleshooting.
• Candidates should have an understanding of cybersecurity practices, data protection, and IT security policies.
• Candidates should have experience preparing and maintaining IT documentation, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Candidates should have knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and experience supporting IT audits and compliance activities.
• Candidates should have positive problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical support across departments. Location preferred: Delhi NCR.
