About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Zoho Consultant – Customer Success to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of Zoho applications, CRM processes, and business operations, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Understand client requirements and business processes to recommend suitable Zoho solutions.
• Configure and customize Zoho applications based on client requirements.
• Identify potential business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.
• Manage client onboarding, implementation support, and post-implementation assistance.
• Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and walkthrough sessions.
• Handle customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with potential leads,



nurture client relationships, and assist in converting prospects into business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal technical and implementation teams to deliver effective solutions. Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Zoho consulting, CRM, or customer success.
• Working knowledge of Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, People, or Zoho One.
• Understanding of business processes, requirement gathering, and CRM workflows.
• Basic understanding of lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving, client-handling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with teams. Preferred: Experience in Zoho implementation, configuration, customization, and client-facing roles.
