Role Description This full-time, in office Fashion Consultant role is based in the Pune Division. The Fashion Consultant will guide clients in selecting appropriate outfits for weddings, special occasions, and events, ensuring each look matches their style, body type, and preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing personalized styling advice, explaining product features and pricing, managing fittings and alterations coordination, and supporting the rental process from selection to return. The role involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, updating product knowledge, handling client inquiries,



and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to deliver a seamless, sustainable fashion experience. Qualifications
• Strong fashion consulting and styling skills, with the ability to create cohesive looks for diverse body types and occasions.
• Solid product knowledge and understanding of designer wear, fabrics, fits, and current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients, understand preferences, and build long-term relationships.
• Proven customer service capabilities, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
• Sales aptitude with the ability to recommend suitable options, upsell related products or services, and meet revenue targets.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing appointments, fittings, and inventory coordination.
• Comfort working in an on-site, retail or showroom environment; prior experience in fashion retail or styling is an advantage.
