Hiring: Admissions Coordinator | FinTrainers, Chennai ? On-site | Full-time | FinTrainers is a CFA and FRM exam-prep centre in Chennai. We're looking for an Admissions Coordinator to be the first point of contact for every student who walks in, calls or messages us.

What you'll do
• Welcome prospective students, answer first-level questions about our CFA and FRM programs, and help them complete the enquiry form.
• Walk prospects through our program introduction and share course details, fees and batch timings.
• Schedule detailed counselling appointments with our Chief Trainer and academic counsellors.
• Follow up with prospects over calls and WhatsApp until they reach a decision.
• Send class schedules, batch updates and portal access details to enrolled students.
• Keep the enquiry tracker and student records up to date. Who we're looking for
• Clear,



confident spoken and written English. Conversational Tamil is a plus.
• Warm and skilled on the phone and in person.
• Organised and consistent with follow-ups. Nothing slips through.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets and basic forms.
• Freshers and recent graduates welcome. A commerce or finance background is a plus, not a must. Why join FinTrainers?
