Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full time, on-site role based at Hotel Golden Palm in Jabalpur. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and maintaining accurate records of reservations and payments. The Receptionist also handles basic clerical duties such as updating guest information, preparing invoices, and organizing front desk documents. The role requires consistent,

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Proficiency in receptionist duties, including guest check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and managing front desk operations.
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries efficiently and politely.
• Clerical skills such as basic computer proficiency, data entry, record keeping, and handling billing or documentation.
• Previous experience in hospitality or front office roles is preferred; familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
