About the role
We're hiring a UI/UX Designer who thinks like a product owner. Your main job is to understand our business and product deeply, then make sure every design project serves it. This isn't a hand-off role where tickets arrive with the answer already decided. You'll ask why a project exists, connect it to a business goal, and shape the solution with product and engineering. You'll work in Figma and Framer every day and use Claude as a core part of your workflow.

What you'll do
• Learn the product, business model, customer segments and key metrics inside out.
• Review every design request against product goals and the roadmap, and flag work that doesn't fit.
• Turn business goals such as activation, conversion and retention into clear design priorities.
• Design end to end: research, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI and prototypes.
• Own and grow the design system in Figma.
• Design,



build and publish the website and landing pages in Framer.
• Use Claude for research synthesis, UX copy, critique and prototyping, connected to Figma and Framer.
• Measure results with analytics and customer feedback, then iterate. What we're looking for
• 1-5 years in UI/UX or product design, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce.
• Strong business sense: you understand business models, pricing, funnels, conversion and retention, and design to move them.
• You ask "what problem are we solving, and for whom?" before you open Figma.
• Advanced Figma: auto layout, components and variants, variables, libraries, prototyping and Dev Mode.
• Advanced Framer: build and publish production sites with CMS, breakpoints, components and interactions.
• Hands-on Claude use in daily design work, including with Figma (e.g. Figma MCP) and Framer (code components, content).
• Clear communication: you can explain design decisions in business terms. Nice to have: experience designing for D2C brands or Shopify stores, code prototyping or A/B testing.

₹2,40,000–₹7,20,000 per year (₹2.4–7.2 LPA), based on experience
