Role Summary Responsible for execution of assigned invoice processing activities with high accuracy, timely queue clearance, proper documentation, and escalation of exceptions. Responsibilities
• Receive, review, index, and validate invoices as per assigned process queue.
• Capture supplier name, invoice number, invoice date, PO number, GSTIN, PAN, amount, tax details, supporting documents, and approval references.
• Perform basic duplicate checks and completeness checks before processing.
• Process PO invoices through matching of PO, GRN, invoice, and supplier details as applicable.
• Route non-PO invoices for approval as per approval matrix and business rules.
• Identify and flag exceptions such as missing approvals, PO mismatch, vendor mismatch, duplicate invoice, incorrect GST details, or incomplete documentation.




• Maintain daily trackers and update processing status accurately.
• Follow SOPs, data confidentiality requirements, and internal control guidelines. Qualification and Experience B.
Com / BBA / Finance graduate with 1–3 years of experience in AP, finance operations, data processing, or shared services. Key Skills Attention to detail, basic Excel proficiency, ERP data entry, invoice and process understanding, positive written and verbal communication skills, discipline, and willingness to learn. KPIs Daily invoice volume, accuracy rate, SLA adherence, rework percentage, duplicate identification, timely escalation, and tracker hygiene.
