Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Raghav Creation is a full time, on-site position based in Indore. In this role, the Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for product catalogs, packaging, marketing materials, and digital assets that reflect the company’s brand and product range. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing logos and branding elements, designing layouts, choosing appropriate typography, and preparing graphics for print and online use. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with production, sales,



and marketing teams to ensure consistent visual identity across all materials and support promotional campaigns and customer communication. The role also involves refining existing designs based on feedback and maintaining organized design files and archives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing and culturally sensitive artwork.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across products and marketing materials.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography, including selecting and arranging type that complements designs and enhances readability.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools) is highly beneficial.
• Relevant experience in print and digital design, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or related sectors, is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Indore are required.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
