Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an HR Analytics Online Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver live and recorded online sessions focused on HR analytics concepts, tools, and applications, ensuring content is clear, practical, and aligned with industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing course materials and case studies, preparing presentations and assignments, guiding learners through data-driven HR decision-making, and providing feedback on projects and assessments. The role also involves engaging with learners via online platforms, answering queries, monitoring progress, and continuously improving course content based on learner feedback and emerging HR analytics trends.



The trainer collaborates with the academic team to maintain high-quality standards and support learner success. Qualifications
• HR analytics and data

skills:
HR metrics and KPIs, workforce analytics, data interpretation, and reporting.
• Analytical and technical

skills:
data analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms; familiarity with statistical concepts.
• Teaching and communication

skills:
online instruction, curriculum development, learner engagement, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Domain knowledge: understanding of core HR functions (recruitment, performance management, compensation, employee engagement) and their analytics applications.
• Professional

experience:
prior experience in HR analytics, HR data reporting, or people analytics roles; experience as a trainer or instructor is preferred.
• Educational background: bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Additional strengths: ability to work independently in a remote setting, strong organizational skills, comfort with online learning platforms, and commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching.
