Role Description The Credentialing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end credentialing processes for medical staff and affiliated providers, including collecting, verifying, and maintaining licensure, certifications, and other required documentation. The Credentialing Specialist will liaise with providers, insurers, and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements, including Medicare and other relevant programs. Daily activities include updating credentialing databases, tracking application status, resolving discrepancies,



and responding to inquiries from providers and partners. The role also involves supporting audits, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Credentialing and Medical Staff Credentialing skills, with experience managing provider enrollment and verification processes.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with providers, payers, and internal stakeholders in a clear and qualified manner.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Medicare and related payer requirements, including policies and documentation standards.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple credentialing files and deadlines.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with credentialing software or healthcare information systems and basic MS Office tools.
• Relevant experience in healthcare administration, medical billing, or provider relations is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with local and international credentialing standards.
