Why This Role Matters You’ll be the execution backbone of Rocket Health’s people systems — supporting culture, compliance, and ops for our 130+ team (including healthcare heads and founders), and helping us grow to 250+ people by the end of next year across in-office, hybrid & fully remote teams. This isn’t just about ticking boxes — it’s about learning how to build the architecture of trust, engagement, and growth opportunities that powers a fast-scaling, people-first company. ? What You’ll Do 1. Hiring Operations & Coordination
• Own end-to-end hiring operations so candidates move smoothly through every stage, from application to offer.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and panels for a seamless candidate experience.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines, hiring trackers and dashboards in Google Sheets, keeping funnel data accurate and visible to everyone involved.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, funnel conversion and source effectiveness, and turn them into reports and insights that improve hiring decisions.
• Spot bottlenecks in the process, work with hiring teams to resolve them, and document fixes as clear, repeatable SOPs.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, NDAs and other pre-joining documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, approvals and documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle. 2. Campus Partnerships & Outreach
• Identify and onboard new colleges and universities to grow Rocket Health’s campus hiring network.




• Build long-term relationships with placement cells, faculty coordinators, student communities and ambassadors.
• Plan and run campus hiring drives, career fairs, workshops and webinars, in sync with each campus’s placement calendar.
• Represent Rocket Health on campus through visits, employer branding sessions and placement activities.
• Create outreach campaigns, presentations, communication templates and engagement materials.
• Track the health and performance of each partnership, and use what works to decide where to invest next. 3. People Operations Support
• Support onboarding and the employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems with a high degree of accuracy, using data to bring structure to people processes.
• Assist with policy documentation, employee engagement initiatives, internal communications and performance review cycles.
• Support cross-functional People Operations projects and process improvements as needed. ✅ You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
• Are a fresher or have up to 2 years of experience, with exposure to hiring, HR or operations.
• Are analytical and comfortable working with data, spotting patterns and making informed decisions.
• Think in systems and processes, and enjoy building structure and improving workflows.




• Have strong Google Sheets skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Love talking to people and solving things for them, and take ownership of every problem until it’s sorted.
• Are based in Bangalore and comfortable working from the office 5 days a week, with occasional travel for campus visits. ? Why You'll Love Working Here
