• 7+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• Robust hands-on Python programming and backend development experience.
• Practical experience developing AI/ML-based applications.
• Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, SLMs, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience building RAG-based applications and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Experience developing AI Agents and orchestrated workflows.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Ability to design reusable, modular, and scalable AI components.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and reviewing technical implementations.
• Ability to collaborate with solution architects and translate architecture into implementation plans. Key Expectations The individual will:
• Lead the development of AI modules and application components.
• Work with the AI Solution Architect to translate solution architecture into technical implementation.
• Mentor and guide AI engineering interns and junior developers.
• Establish development standards, coding practices,



and AI engineering guidelines.
• Ensure quality, performance, scalability, security, and reliability of AI implementations.
• Drive technical problem-solving and resolve complex implementation challenges.
• Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Take ownership of assigned AI modules from design through delivery.
• Practical experience in developing AI applications, integrating LLMs, building RAG pipelines, implementing AI Agents, and delivering scalable AI-powered modules. The selected candidates will be responsible for leading a team of junior AI engineers and engineering interns while working closely with the AI Solution Architect to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade AI-powered solutions.
