Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate / Sr Associate Human Resource role based in Alappuzha. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating employee lifecycle processes. The individual will help implement HR policies, administer employee benefits, and support compliance with relevant labor and company regulations.



Daily responsibilities include responding to employee queries, coordinating HR documentation, assisting with performance management and training initiatives, and supporting employee engagement and welfare activities. The role requires close collaboration with hotel operations teams to ensure HR processes are consistently applied and aligned with CGH Earth’s values. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of HR Policies and their practical implementation.
• Candidates should possess experience in Employee Advantages and Benefits Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR compliance, and standard HR tools or HRIS systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with an ability to work with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Prior experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries is preferred but not mandatory.
