Role Description The Travel Customer Support role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. The role involves assisting customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include handling customer escalations professionally, providing accurate information on travel policies, fares, and schedules, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. The role also requires maintaining detailed records of customer interactions,



ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and following company procedures and service standards. The Travel Customer Support professional will contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and identifying process enhancement opportunities. Qualifications
