• Develop, prepare, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Prepare project baseline schedules in accordance with project milestones.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and define project activities, durations, and dependencies.
• Prepare manpower, machinery, and resource deployment plans.
• Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules.
• Coordination with Site, Inter department, client, consultants, external agencies
• Track planned versus actual progress and identify schedule deviations. Conduct productivity analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify critical path activities and monitor their impact on project completion.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Coordinate with construction teams to collect and validate actual site progress.
• Monitor engineering,



procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Analyze project delays and identify their root causes.
• Prepare recovery schedules and corrective action plans to mitigate delays.
• Participate in project review meetings and present project status updates.
• Forecast project completion dates based on actual progress and remaining activities.
• Ensure timely submission of planning and progress reports to management and clients. Requirement:

E in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
• Master's Degree in Construction Management will be an added advantage.
• 6 to 8 years’ experience in planning role in the construction industry.
• Experience in large-scale EPC, infrastructure or industrial projects
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera, MSP, Advance Excel
• PMP certification will be an added advantage.
