• Prior experience as a head waiter, captain, or senior server in a restaurant or hotel environment.
• Ability to lead and mentor a service team, delegate tasks, and manage busy service periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in order taking, billing, and table management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
