We build custom software, data platforms and AI-driven engineering solutions. Our delivery capabilities are established. We are now building a scalable revenue engine, and we're looking for a leader to drive this growth. The Role We are looking for a hands-on Head of Demand Generation to build and lead our demand generation function from the ground up. You will own outbound strategy, account-based marketing, lead generation, pipeline development and team building. This is an opportunity to establish the entire demand generation playbook, drive measurable revenue impact and work closely with the leadership team. What You Will Do 1. Demand Generation & Strategy
• Build and own the end-to-end demand generation strategy targeting US and European markets.
• Define ICPs, target accounts, buyer personas and outreach strategies across relevant industry segments.
• Drive MQL generation through outbound campaigns, email marketing, LinkedIn, cold calling and other channels.
• Design and execute ABM programs for high-value enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Build scalable lead nurturing, qualification and MQL-to-SQL conversion processes. 2. Build & Lead the Function
• Build, hire and manage a high-performing inside sales and demand generation team.
• Establish outreach playbooks, campaign frameworks, sales sequences and qualification processes.
• Set team targets, KPIs and performance benchmarks.
• Coach team members and drive consistent pipeline contribution. 3. Technology & Performance
• Own the demand generation technology stack, including Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot/Salesforce.




• Leverage AI and automation for prospect research, account intelligence, personalization and campaign execution.
• Track MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution and campaign ROI through regular dashboards.
• Continuously optimize campaigns through data-driven experimentation and performance analysis. What We Are Looking For
• 12+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, inside sales, outbound sales or revenue development.
• Solid experience building and scaling demand generation or outbound functions in IT services, technology consulting, SaaS or product engineering companies.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads, MQLs and building predictable sales pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with ABM, ICP definition, lead segmentation and multi-channel outbound campaigns.
• Experience managing and scaling sales development / demand generation teams.
• Strong understanding of US and European B2B markets and technology buyer personas (CTO, CIO, VP Engineering, Head of Product).
• Proficiency in tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve prospecting, personalization and campaign efficiency.
• Ability to work with US time zones (5 PM – 2 AM IST). Good to Have
• Experience building a demand generation function from scratch.
• Exposure to intent-based marketing, predictive lead scoring and AI-driven prospecting.
• Experience targeting North American mid-market and enterprise clients.
