We are looking for an experienced Manager – Vulnerability Management to drive end-to-end infrastructure vulnerability management across servers, networks, databases, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, middleware, and security platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the vulnerability lifecycle, including discovery, risk assessment, prioritization, remediation tracking, validation, and closure.
• Conduct and coordinate VAPT, penetration testing, security assessments, and attack-surface reviews.
• Prioritize vulnerabilities based on severity, exploitability, asset criticality, business impact, regulatory relevance, and residual risk.
• Drive SLA-based remediation of critical/high vulnerabilities and manage ageing, exceptions, escalations, and risk acceptance.
• Monitor emerging CVEs, zero-day threats, CERT-In/RBI advisories, and threat intelligence and initiate timely response.
• Ensure vulnerability scan coverage across enterprise infrastructure and validate remediation through rescans and evidence review.
• Develop vulnerability dashboards, risk heat maps, SLA/ageing reports, and management reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, SOC, Application, Patch Management,



Change Management, Risk/GRC, Audit, and Operations teams.
• Support security audits, red-team exercises, BCP testing, security policies, and regulatory compliance requirements. Candidate Profile

Education:
BE/BSc/BCA
•

Experience:
Minimum 10 years of relevant cybersecurity/Vulnerability Management experience
• Strong expertise in Vulnerability Management, VAPT, Penetration Testing, Attack Surface Management, Infrastructure Risk Assessment, and Security Compliance
• Hands-on exposure to SIEM, Kali Linux, Burp Suite, vulnerability scanning platforms, Linux, Python, AWS/cloud security, and reporting dashboards
• Strong understanding of Windows/Linux hardening, network and security devices, databases, middleware, cloud environments, and patch governance.
• Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are preferred.
• Solid stakeholder management, technical leadership, risk judgement, and remediation-driven mindset.
