Role Description The Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for guiding a sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets, including setting daily objectives, monitoring performance, and providing regular coaching and feedback. The Sales Team Lead will oversee pipeline management, lead generation, and deal closure, while ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to sales processes. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with operations and customer support teams, handling escalated client queries, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.



The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to sales strategies that align with CONEON’s growth plans. Qualifications
