ANJ Creations, a DAVP-empanelled advertising and creative agency, is looking for a creatively inclined Account Manager / Social Media Manager who understands government communication, client servicing, and event execution. We are looking for someone who can manage client relationships, coordinate with creative teams, oversee social media campaigns, and handle VIP and government events while ensuring smooth execution from concept to delivery. What Makes You a Fit? 5–7 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or social media management within an advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency. Prior experience handling at least one Government/Ministry/PSU account, with an understanding of government communication, client coordination, and approval processes. Experience in VIP events, government functions, conferences, launches, and high-profile engagements, including coordination with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content planning, campaign execution, and brand communication across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. Creatively inclined, with the ability to contribute to campaign ideation, content strategy, creative briefs, scripts, presentations, and social media concepts. Experience coordinating with graphic designers, video editors,



content writers, production teams, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery. Ability to manage client communication, presentations, feedback, approvals, reporting, and day-to-day account requirements. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, events, and deliverables simultaneously. What You'll Own Government Account Management: Handle assigned government, Ministry, or PSU accounts, ensuring smooth coordination from briefing and planning to execution and delivery. Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, manage daily communication, feedback, approvals, escalations, and relationship building. Social Media Management: Oversee content calendars, social media strategies, creative posts, reels, campaigns, and platform-specific communication. Creative & Campaign Coordination: Participate in ideation, develop creative briefs, review content, and coordinate with design, content, and video teams for execution. VIP & Government Events: Plan and coordinate VIP events, government functions, conferences, official engagements, and promotional activities, ensuring smooth on-ground execution. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Prepare campaign reports, track social media performance, monitor deliverables, and share progress updates with clients.
