Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned SAP IBP Demand Planning Consultant to join our SAP Planning – Delivery department. The role involves translating business requirements into robust IBP demand planning solutions, configuring models, and enabling accurate forecasting across the enterprise. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration, optimal performance, and continuous improvement of demand planning processes. Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements for demand planning.
• Design and configure SAP IBP Demand Planning models, KPIs, and alerts.
• Implement statistical forecasting methods and demand sensing techniques.
• Develop and maintain planning books, dashboards, and reports.
• Conduct data integration and master data setup within IBP.
• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide end‑user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Support go‑live activities and hypercare support.
• Optimize planning processes and recommend best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience implementing SAP IBP Demand Planning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning concepts, statistical forecasting, and supply chain fundamentals.
• Hands‑on experience with IBP configuration, modeling, and analytics.
• Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration.
• Experience with data integration tools such as SAP PO, CPI, or ODP.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business,



or related field; MBA preferred.
• SAP IBP certification (desired).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for client site engagements.
