Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based at Treat Hotels & Resorts in Kumbhalgarh. The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee lifecycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management support, and offboarding. The role includes implementing and maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The individual will handle employee relations matters,



address grievances, coordinate training and development initiatives, and work closely with department heads to meet staffing and engagement needs. The Human Resources Executive will maintain accurate HR records and reports, support payroll and benefits administration, and contribute to HR process improvement in a quick-paced hospitality environment. Qualifications
• Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries preferred.
• Hands-on expertise in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HRIS or HR management systems.
• Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies in alignment with local labor regulations and organizational standards.
• Proven experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering an inclusive, respectful work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities on-site.
• Comfort working full-time in Kumbhalgarh, with flexibility to support hotel operations schedules when needed.
