About the Role
We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and result-oriented individuals for the position of Sales Executive – B2C at our Noida office. The role involves promoting and selling international career support packages to healthcare professionals for Gulf countries by connecting with leads, understanding their requirements, providing relevant guidance, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to connect with potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and explain the company's career support packages. Generate business by converting interested prospects into customers. Conduct client counselling and follow up with prospective customers. Maintain regular communication with leads and manage the sales pipeline. Build and maintain solid client relationships. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client support. Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities. Confidence in interacting with customers over calls. Ability to manage follow-ups and convert leads. Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach. Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous experience in B2C sales, tele sales or business development will be an added advantage.
