• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Manage leads from ads, Instagram, WhatsApp and calls through to enrolment
• Guide meaningful conversations with empathy, warmth and clarity
• Work with marketing to improve conversions and share weekly CRM reports What you bring
• 2+ years in sales,



including team leadership or mentoring
• A track record of meeting targets
• Fluency in Malayalam and English
