Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee life cycle management, and HR documentation. The Senior Executive HR will implement and maintain HR policies, handle employee relations and grievance resolution, and support performance management and appraisal processes. The position involves coordinating training and development initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards,



and maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data. The role also includes working closely with business leaders to support workforce planning, engagement initiatives, and culture-building activities. Qualifications
• Solid proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
• Hands-on expertise in HR Operations, including HRIS management, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and grievance handling.
• Solid understanding and practical experience in HR Policies, including development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT or technology services organizations.
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements applicable to corporate workplaces.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and integrity.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HR software/HRIS platforms; experience in data-driven HR reporting is an advantage.
