Role description Role AI Native Engineer Location India Hybrid Experience 4-10 Years We are seeking an AI Native Engineer to design build and deploy AIfirst applications agents and intelligent workflows that leverage contemporary foundation models AI platforms and automation frameworks This role focuses on developing productionready AI solutions that accelerate business outcomes and engineering productivity

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AInative applications copilots and autonomous agents Build solutions using LLMs RAG agent frameworks vector databases and enterprise data sources Implement AI orchestration workflow automation and intelligent business processes Develop test deploy and optimize AI solutions for scale performance and governance Collaborate with customers architects and business teams to translate requirements into AIpowered solutions Create reusable accelerators frameworks and solution assets Required Skills Strong experience in Python and modern software engineering practices Handson experience with GenAI LLMs AI agents and prompt engineering Experience with OpenAI Claude Gemini Azure AI AWS Bedrock or similar AI platforms Knowledge of RAG vector databases APIs and cloudnative architectures Strong problemsolving and customerfacing communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph CrewAI AutoGen or MCP Exposure to AIassisted software engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments
