Remote Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST Project Type: New Implementation Joining: Immediate to 1 Week Job Summary Qloron Technology is looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Lead with strong expertise in SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise, particularly the Service module. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional configuration, business process analysis, implementation activities, and leading functional project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead functional activities for SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise implementation projects.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to the SAP CRM Service module.
• Configure and customise SAP CRM functionalities based on business requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical consultants for developments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand service processes and recommend suitable SAP CRM solutions.
• Support functional testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and UAT.
• Provide functional guidance to project teams and support end-to-end implementation activities.
• Resolve functional issues and ensure successful delivery of project milestones. Required Skills & Experience
• 9+ years of relevant SAP CRM functional experience.




• Strong hands-on experience with SAP CRM 7.0 On-Premise.
• Practical functional expertise in the SAP CRM Service module.
• Experience in SAP CRM functional configuration and current implementations.
• Strong understanding of service-related business processes and SAP CRM functionalities.
• Ability to gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Experience coordinating with technical teams for custom developments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage functional requirements and lead project activities. Additional Consideration Candidates with SAP C4C experience will also be considered, provided they have previous hands-on experience with SAP CRM On-Premise and can quickly transition back to it. ?
