Role Overview We are looking for an experienced professional to manage and develop our Treaty and International Reinsurance business. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with international reinsurers, insurance companies and brokers, driving business growth, managing treaty placements and expanding the company's international reinsurance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Treaty Business & Placement
• Handle end-to-end treaty reinsurance placements, including proportional and non-proportional treaties.
• Coordinate treaty renewals, negotiations, structuring and placement with domestic and international reinsurers.
• Evaluate client requirements and recommend suitable reinsurance solutions. 2. International Business Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international reinsurance markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with international insurers, reinsurers, brokers and intermediaries.
• Explore opportunities for portfolio expansion and business growth across international markets. 3.
Reinsurance Market Management
• Liaise and negotiate with international reinsurance markets for competitive terms and capacity.
• Maintain strong relationships with key market participants and develop new market relationships.
• Monitor market developments,



pricing trends and emerging opportunities in the reinsurance industry. 4.
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Manage relationships with existing clients and support business acquisition.
• Understand client portfolios, risk exposures and reinsurance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of placements and client servicing. 5.
Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure timely execution of treaty documentation, quotations, slips and placement confirmations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal processes.
• Monitor treaty performance and maintain appropriate business records and reports. Desired Candidate Profile
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Treaty Reinsurance and/or International Reinsurance Business.
• Strong understanding of proportional and non-proportional treaty structures.
• Experience in treaty placement, negotiations and reinsurance market management.
• Established relationships with international reinsurers and reinsurance brokers.
• Robust business development, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage business relationships and drive revenue growth.
