Role Description The Business Development Intern (BDI) will support the growth of Innoknowvex by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and contributing to strategic outreach initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer segments, and assisting with the development and execution of business development campaigns. The role involves engaging with prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings,



maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging and offerings. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, requiring consistent presence for team collaboration, client interactions, and training. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market and customer data for business insights.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead Generation and Market Research capabilities to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Customer Service skills to build rapport, respond to inquiries, and support a positive client experience.
• Interest in education technology and business development, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software is an advantage.
