The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to deliver excellent guest service while ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and take orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organised, and properly set up.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for timely order execution.
• Handle guest queries, requests,



and complaints professionally.
• Maintain hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with billing and payment procedures whenever required.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and provide a pleasant dining experience. Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience as an F&B; Server, preferably in a café.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and handle busy service hours.
