Role Description The Operations and Vendor Relations Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees day-to-day operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and coordination across supply chain activities. The manager will build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts and pricing, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.



Responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, tracking key metrics, managing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, finance, and marketing. The role also involves identifying process improvements, addressing operational risks, and supporting the scaling of sustainable, high-quality menstrual care products. Qualifications
• Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
