Responsibilities
• Support setup of Integrated Solar PV Cell & Module Manufacturing Plant.
• Process development and improvement activities.
• Shift-wise process monitoring and control.
• Improve cell efficiency and product quality.
• Coordinate with all departments as required by management.
• Ensure proper training as per TNI (5 man-days).
• Build and develop a robust team with proper hierarchy.
• Ensure secure work practices towards Zero Accident culture.
• Achieve production targets.
• Improve equipment uptime.
• Implement and adhere to preventive maintenance systems.
• Conduct breakdown analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Achieve maintenance cost targets through:
• Parts failure reduction
• In-house repairing of parts
• Localization and alternate source development
• Local development of consumable parts Qualifications
