Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Analyst role based in Kozhikode. The Finance Analyst will review, analyze, and interpret financial data to support business decisions and operational planning. Daily responsibilities include preparing and monitoring financial reports, analyzing variances, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes. The role involves working with financial statements, tracking key performance indicators, and supporting compliance with internal controls and reporting standards. The Finance Analyst will collaborate with operations and management teams to provide insights that improve cost efficiency, profitability,



and financial performance for the parcel delivery business. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Financial Statements to review, reconcile, and understand business performance.
• Candidates should possess experience in Financial Reporting to prepare accurate, timely management and statutory reports.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools; familiarity with accounting or ERP software is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work with cross-functional teams on-site in Kozhikode.
• Good communication skills and the ability to present financial insights in a clear, structured manner.
