Sana Commerce Cloud (SCC) Lead Type: Contract

Location:
India. (Desirable in Bangalore, India) (US EST Overlap Required) We are seeking a Sana Commerce Cloud (SCC) Lead to own the design, architecture, and delivery of end-to-end B2B e-commerce solutions deeply integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;). In this role, you will act as the principal bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution teams—optimizing distributor portals, digital sales ordering workflows, energetic pricing engines, and complex CPQ integrations.

Key Responsibilities
• Solution Architecture & Strategy: Lead the strategy and functional design for B2B channels, distributor portals, PunchOut flows, and sales ordering interfaces.
• ERP & Middleware Integration: Architect and oversee seamless integrations connecting SCC with D365 F&O;, Experlogix, Flintfox, and enterprise middleware via REST APIs and OData.
• Pricing & Ordering Controls: Design dynamic pricing engines, catalog segmentation, Available-to-Promise (ATP) inventory rules, and "on-behalf-of" sales ordering features.
• Delivery & L3 Support: Drive end-to-end testing (CRP/UAT), master data alignment, and serve as the final L3 escalation lead for complex integration, checkout, and sync issues.



Qualifications & Experience Must-Have

Experience:
• Sana Commerce Cloud (SCC): 4+ years of hands-on expertise in SCC administration, B2B portal setup, catalog segmentation, PunchOut integration, and RBAC security models.
• D365 F&O; Ecosystem: 8+ years of experience in ERP-enabled e-commerce, specifically driving integrations between digital storefronts and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.;
• CPQ & Advanced Pricing ISVs: Proven experience integrating specialized tools like Experlogix (Product Configurator) and Flintfox (Advanced Pricing & Rebates).
• API & Integration Architecture: Deep proficiency with REST APIs, OData protocols, enterprise middleware, and high-volume data synchronization pipelines. Education & Certifications:
