- ATS or ob boards or HCM Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must have qualified experience working with large multinational companies or have experience with international operations and are responsible for the performance of duties
- SME will be responsible for performing day to day tasks per the recruitment process guidelines
- 1 Create approved requisition
- 2 Conduct internal sourcing and post requisition
- 3 Conduct external sourcing and mine existing talent pool
- 4 Conduct external sourcing and post job
- 5 Perform data mining for additional candidates
- 6 Support candidate intake application or expression of interest using electronic phone or paper methods
- 7 Develop list of candidates to be screened
- 8 Automated Candidate Screening and Assessment Interactive Voice Response IVR
- 9 Conduct hiring manager interaction
