Role Description

We are hiring for two positions: Customer Support Associate and Sales Associate.

Candidates should have valuable communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support Associate

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Understand customer concerns and coordinate to resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending queries.




- Ensure a positive customer experience through professional communication.

Sales Associate

- Connect with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products and services.
- Generate and follow up on potential business leads.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Support business development and sales activities.
- Maintain follow-up records and provide regular updates.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, and MS Excel.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
