Position: Customer Experience – Customer Support

Company: Cult.fit

Location: BHive Workspace, No. 112, AKR Tech Park, B Block, Krishna Reddy Industrial Area, 7th Mile Hosur Road, Bengaluru – 560068

Experience:* 0–3 Years

Work Mode:* Work from Office

Working Days:* 6 Days | Rotational Week Off

SALARY – IMPORTANT

- Freshers: 25,000 in-hand per month
- Experienced Candidates: 20% hike on previous salary
- Maximum salary: Up to 33,000 in-hand per month
- Key Requirements
- Must be fluent in English with strong verbal & written communication skills
- Must have positive customer support knowledge and a customer-first approach
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally via calls, chat & email
- Good problem-solving skills, empathy and patience




- Basic understanding of CRM/customer support tools is preferred
- Prior experience in Customer Support/Customer Experience is an advantage

* Role Responsibilities*

You will be responsible for assisting customers with queries related to memberships, bookings, payments and app usage, resolving concerns efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction (CSAT), and escalating complex issues when required.
