The LIT School is a Bengaluru school for marketing, entrepreneurship and the creator economy, with programmes such as CreatorPreneur, Next Gen Business and Creator Marketer. Students learn by building real brands, campaigns and ventures at our Jayanagar campus.

A growing share of our admissions comes through partnerships. You'll own these relationships day to day, from the first pitch to the leads they bring in.

What you'll do

- Identify, pitch and onboard current institutional partners
- Build strong relationships with decision makers and keep partners engaged
- Plan and coordinate partner events, workshops and webinars, and be on the ground when needed
- Make sure every interested student is captured as a lead
- Log every lead in the CRM with its source,



and hand it to the counselling team quickly
- Share a weekly update on partners, events, leads and next steps

What we're looking for

Must-haves

- 1–3 years in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably in edtech
- Confident speaking with senior decision makers
- Clear spoken and written English
- Organised with follow-ups, spreadsheets or a CRM
- Happy to travel across Bengaluru for meetings and workshops

Nice-to-haves

- Experience in education partnerships
- An existing network in Bengaluru's education space
- Experience coordinating events or workshops
- Interest in marketing, entrepreneurship or the creator economy
