Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage engineering teams across backend, frontend (UI UX), mobile development

- Drive end-to-end delivery of fintech products including mobile applications, B2C applications and lending platforms

- Collaborate with product, business, and leadership teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of the technology platform

- Oversee integrations with third-party systems such as payment gateways, credit bureaus, and KYC providers

- Implement engineering best practices, including code quality, CI/CD, and DevOps processes

- Mentor engineers and scale the team to support rapid business growth

- Ensure Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement in engineering processes

- Location: Pune– Work From Office

- Looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead technology delivery for a fast-growing FinTech Mobile Applications.

- This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive end-to-end development of mobile and web applications while building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

- Strong Engineering Manager Profile with FinTech delivery depth and team-scaling leadership
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 7+ years total engineering experience, including at least 5 years in engineering leadership




- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have led and managed engineering teams across backend, frontend (UI/UX) and mobile, driving end-to-end delivery of fintech products (mobile apps, B2C apps, lending platforms)
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong domain experience in FinTech, BFSI, SaaS or digital lending platforms
- Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have overseen integrations with third-party systems (payment gateways, credit bureaus, KYC providers)
- Mandatory (Tech skill 1): Must have hands-on experience in technologies such as Node.js/Java/Python and React/Angular/Flutter
- Mandatory (Tech skill 2): Must have delivered mobile-first platforms for both Android and iOS
- Mandatory (Tech skill 3): Must have a robust understanding of system architecture, microservices and APIs, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have implemented engineering best practices (code quality, CI/CD, DevOps) and Agile delivery, and mentored/scaled teams for rapid growth
- Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Preferred (Background): Startup or small-scale org experience

Experience: 7–10 years · Work from office · 6 days a week · Notice period up to 30 days
