Job Description – Head of Marketing

Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR

Experience: 15+ Years

Salary: Up to 60 LPA

Industry: Sportswear / Footwear / Apparel

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end 360-degree marketing strategy (online & offline).
- Drive brand building, marketing campaigns, and brand positioning.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, performance marketing, and CRM.
- Handle PR, media relations, brand communication, and partnerships.
- Lead retail marketing, trade marketing, and in-store activations.
- Develop GTM strategies and annual marketing roadmaps.
- Drive sports marketing, sponsorships, athlete and influencer partnerships.
- Manage marketing budgets, P&L;, and campaign ROI.
- Lead marketing teams and external agencies.

Candidate Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in Brand / Marketing Leadership.
- Candidates from Sportswear, Footwear, Apparel, or Lifestyle brands only.
- Solid expertise in 360-degree marketing, digital, retail marketing, PR, and brand building.
- Experience in budget management, team leadership, and business growth.
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification preferred.
