Hiring | Lead Business Analyst (Lead BA)

Location: Kochi / Trivandrum, Kerala

Experience: 7+ Years

Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days WFO

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and solutioning across project lifecycles.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirement documentation.
- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, scope, priorities, and deliverables.
- Guide junior BAs and ensure quality of documentation and solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Strong requirements analysis, documentation, and solutioning skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Exposure to UI/UX and product development.
- Experience leading BA teams or handling product management responsibilities.

Positive to Have

- Construction domain experience (preferred).
- Business process modelling knowledge.
- CBAP / CCBA certification.
- Willingness to work from Kochi or Trivandrum.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
