1. Monitor and control in-process quality parameters. 2. Implement and sustain process control methods (SPC, Control Plan). 3. Conduct process audits (Layered Process Audit, Product Audit, Internal Audit). 4. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, Why-Why). 5. Drive rejection reduction and process improvement projects. 6. Ensure adherence to SOPs, Work Instructions, and Control Plans. 7. Monitor in-process rejection, rework, and scrap trends. 8. Coordinate with production for process stabilization and improvements. 9. Support recent product development (APQP, PPAP activities). 10. Ensure calibration and validation of process-related instruments.
