Responsibilities

- Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for CRM implementation.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Dynamics CRM functionalities.
- Monitor and optimize CRM performance and user experience.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track customer interactions and sales performance.

Skills and Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Robust understanding of CRM processes and customer lifecycle management.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, including Power BI and Excel.
- Experience with customization and configuration of Dynamics CRM modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
