About the Role
We are looking for a Sr Executive to manage day-to-day central operations for our marketplace and quick commerce channels. You will be the link between the marketplace platforms, our fulfilment center, and internal teams, making sure orders and inbound stock move accurately and on time. Department: Supply Chain and Fulfilment Operations

Experience:
1 to 3 years in marketplace or quick commerce fulfilment

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end fulfilment for marketplace channels such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon FBA, and Myntra
• Handle PO management, appointment booking, ASN creation, and dispatch coordination with the warehouse
• Track fill rate, on-time delivery, and GRN status, and resolve shortages, rejections, and rework quickly
• Process RTV, returns, and debit notes, and follow up on claims and reconciliations with platform teams
• Coordinate with the warehouse team on picking, packing, labelling, and compliance with each platform’s packaging standards
• Manage orders, inventory sync, and SKU mapping on the WMS/OMS (Unicommerce / Uniware)
• Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports on dispatch, fill rate, aging inventory,



and escalations
• Escalate and resolve operational issues with platform account managers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain process documentation and suggest improvements to cut errors and turnaround time
• Work on relevant automation to eliminate the manual work associated with the BAUs Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline (supply chain, commerce, or operations preferred)
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketplace fulfilment, quick commerce, or e-commerce operations
• Working knowledge of at least one platform’s vendor or seller portal (Blinkit, Zepto, FBA, Myntra, or similar)
• Good command of Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas)
• Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Valuable to Have
• Experience with Unicommerce / Uniware or any other WMS/OMS
• Exposure to GST invoicing, debit notes, and platform reconciliations
• Experience working directly with a warehouse or 3PL team
