Role: ServiceNow SPM Developer

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, configure and customize ServiceNow SPM applications.
• Work on Idea Management, Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management and Portfolio Management.
• Develop and maintain platform components using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and Flow Designer.
• Configure workflows, approvals, notifications, reports, dashboards and workspace experiences.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis and deliver enhancements.
• Support instance upgrades, regression testing, deployments and ongoing platform operations.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.



Required

Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM.
• Expertise in Demand, Idea, Project, Resource and Portfolio Management.
• Solid JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Experience with Flow Designer, REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration and development best practices. What We're Looking For: Professionals with practical SPM implementation and development experience who can independently handle configurations, customizations, integrations and troubleshooting.
