This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Business Development Executive (Skill Development Projects). The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in skill development, including government and institutional projects, and building a robust pipeline of potential partners and clients. The Business Development Executive will conduct lead generation activities, manage client relationships, prepare proposals, and support bid management processes for relevant tenders and projects. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective partners, coordinating with internal project and operations teams, tracking project performance, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. The role also requires regular market mapping, competitor analysis, and participation in reviews and presentations to support the growth of One India Skills in the skill development sector. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business growth, with experience identifying opportunities in skill development or education projects.




• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and pipeline management, including prospecting, outreach, and follow-up with potential partners and clients.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and support ongoing projects.
• Relevant experience in skill development, education, training, or government projects is highly beneficial.
• Solid analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to interpret tender documents and project requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree , or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple priorities, and use standard office productivity and tools.
