About us
Neofox Media is a film and content production studio in CR Park, New Delhi, started in 2014. We make work for brands, music labels, agencies and live events, including tours, shoots and activations, for clients like Hyundai, Shangri-La and Sunburn. Treat for Tails is a D2C pet supplements brand we own and run ourselves, from formulation to packaging to marketplace listings. The two businesses share founders and an office, but they are very different, and a lot is always happening at once. The role You work directly with the founders as their right hand. You take decisions off their plate, keep both businesses on track, and make sure the team always knows what is next. This is not an assistant role. You make calls, own outcomes, and push back when something does not make sense. What you will own
• Operations across Neofox, Treat for Tails and the office: projects, timelines, vendors, budgets and day-to-day running
• The weekly rhythm: one tracker for everything pending, a weekly sync with the founders, and follow-through on every decision
• Team coordination: chasing deliverables, unblocking people, and being the team's contact when the founders are not around
• Decisions: within agreed limits, you decide rather than escalate
• Systems: straightforward processes so the same problem does not come up twice
• Special projects: hiring, client onboarding, launches, or whatever matters most that quarter
• Founder support:



managing the founders' calendars and priorities, and the occasional personal errand, so their time goes to the work only they can do You might be a fit if you
• Have 4 to 7 years in operations, production management, consulting or a founder's office
• Are very organised, comfortable with ambiguity, and can track a lot of moving parts at once
• Communicate clearly and directly with founders, crew, clients and vendors
• Are discreet with financials, client terms and salaries
• Have good judgment about what to decide yourself and what to bring to the founders Bonus points
• Experience in film, content or event production. Line producers and production managers tend to do well here.
